What do my KG Hypnobirthing courses include?

  • physiology of the woman's body: learn how your body is designed to give birth.

  • relaxations, visualisations and positive affirmations: rewire your mind with positivity.

  • breathing exercises: work with your body and your baby by controlling your breathing.

  • words matter: we associate words strongly to concepts so choosing to use the right words is important.

  • the role of your birth partner is key: they will learn what they need to be effective on the big day.

  • support to write your birth plan: what to consider and the choices you need to make.

MEET OTHER LOCAL PARENTS:

  • Walks & coffee at the Tooting Commons to meet other mums-to-be. Find out more about the Tooting Bump Club here.

  • Afternoon Tea at my place to talk about your birth, meet the babies and enjoy the company of other hypnobirthing parents.
